Well, if you're going to blame Canada you should have a plan just in case. More of the JJV backlog, but again this story deserves to get out there.

I especially like the English being "a phlegmatic race" that nonetheless are known to fight to the death. Also, the Empire has many races but some are "from fine fighting stock." Gurkhas anyone? In the "be careful what you wish for" catagory, if we had implemented the plan, Canada would be a richer nation today and we would be more French.
