These kinds of stories just write their own titles.
One of the offenses for which the driver was cited was "risking a catastrophe," apparently the law enforcement equivalent of "You're gonna put an eye out with that!" (A subsequent Google search confirms this; see p.7. Most guys I know spent some portion or other of their teenage years in more or less constant violation of the two statutes cited.)
No word on whether the cargo was impounded for further "processing," although if it were a Dunkin Donuts truck that would be a no-brainer.
