Ok, bears don't care if Switzerland's neutral. They are on the march and only swift action can contain the threat. Never fear though. The land of William Tell isn't sitting around waiting for Finnish Dog Teams like the Germans. Switzerland, with the efficiency for which they are known has an entire "Bear Strategy." Basically, if Bears follow the rules they won't be shot. Except for posted speed limits and closing time rules, I think this is a good proposal over all.
Meanwhile, here in America our bear problem dwarfs that of the Europeans. They have effete bears who probably wear speedos and look down their bear noses at the American "cowboy" bears.
