Stay Tuned!

We had the pleasure of hosting our friend J and her family, as well as two of the other P4500 team, at a lively dinner yesterday evening. Sadly, JJV declined for obscure reasons and in a roundabout means of communication, but we managed to carry on regardless.

At dinner EMM, CRH and I decided that we should break innovative new blogging ground by posting to the blog as election results come in tomorrow evening. We even came up with a term for it: "live blogging." We modestly hope that our innovation will "go viral," as the kids say, and be adopted by other blogs in time for the 2012 cycle (or maybe even the '10 midterms for the avant garde).

See you tomorrow evening when we will post from CRH's command bunker on Capitol Hill.

I have made some delicious Peanut Butter Cookies to assist our in our efforts.

Oh, I must correct a statement I made last night...to clarify, with the exception of Clinton's first term, I've voted for the winner in each presidential election since '84.

I suppose I should prepare myself for tomorrow to be the second time. I am however, keeping my own brand of hope alive.

If you were in Wisconsin, it would be called progressive electoral blogging; something very impressive like that.
