She Really Can See Russia From Her House!

I could not help but smile at these two headlines today: Sarah Palin: President Obama Needs to Be Spanked Gateway Pundit, by Jim Hoft Original Article Posted By:JoniTx, 11/3/2014 2:52:07 PM Former Governor Sarah Palin laid into Barack Obama for insulting stay-at-home moms this week. Obama told a crowd of clueless female supporters that being a stay-at-home mother is “not a choice we want Americans to make.” It wasn’t the first time Obama attacked stay-at-home moms. I still can't figure out which trope the critics are relying on; the "Obama = tyrant/dictator" or the "Obama = errant schoolboy" or really any of the myriad other memes they have been churning out.

Of course, there are many completely valid reasons to disapprove of Obama. The problem is that in these critical areas the Republicans offer exactly 0% chance of making positive change. While doing everything they can to change many of the positive policies.

So, it's hold your nose and vote time, while pushing both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party to do better at every opportunity. One thing that 2000 did teach us is that voting principle has real world costs.
