In a comment on the preceding post MCC suggested one of these as a more practical game-day accoutrement. I could not agree more; as it does so often, Skymall recalibrates our priorities and reminds us of what is truly important in life.
By coincidence I came upon just such an item while walking our dog this afternoon, except that it commemorated the Red Sox ALCS and World Series victories last year. It was still in its original packaging, which is a bit odd considering that I walk our dog here. It's under one of the flight paths for National Airport, so you have to wonder.
Update: Best not to tell a die-hard and long-suffering Red Sox fan that you turned it in to Lost and Found. Exact quote: "Man, you're killing me."
