Our Alma Mater, has come under some fire in the blogosphere for unfortunate choices in professors and "honorary professors;" Ward Churchill, that Raelian looney etc.... In response, with the Administration's approval no less, a program has been started to honor the man with a study of Capitalism, Free Government and the Western Tradition. I was thrilled when I read the announcement linked above.
I hope the alumni back this effort to the hilt and the Right blogosphere no longer links Hamilton College to traitors and UFO's.

Hamilton also holds pride of place as the first man to be shot in or near the face by a sitting Vice-President. Surely someone has made that observation before?!
