Passion of the Peeps!

I love this time of year! Peeps as art - fantastic! Peeps as food - yummy! Peeps as competition - bring it on!

A few years back I hosted a "rebel, catholic, disco, easter brunch" at my tiny abode. 18 people, I made a tasty brunch and an easter basket for everyone. Our fearless blogmaster Dave S. was there with his beautiful wife. They were excellent guests and brought me a copy of Peter Gabriel's "Passion" (music from the last temptation of christ), naturally! Our fearless blogmaster also wore a hat festooned with peeps.
