On June 2, 1993, I began work at ACTR/ACCELS as the manager of an undergraduate exchange program. Sometime that afternoon an attractive young woman, who I had met earlier in the day on my official round of introductions, placed a dental supply catalog in my mailbox. I was intrigued immediately, of course, as who wouldn't be.
Intrigue turned to interest, interest turned to friendship, friendship turned into love, and twenty trips around the sun later, here we are and I could not be happier or luckier.
