The latest estimate for the cost of the Inagural is 75 million...assuming that there will be a cost overage (naturally!!!), it will take Ten Billion pennies to pay for it.
The site showed a football field covered in pennies. FedEx field is not being used right now (heh, heh, heh), maybe Dan Snyder can start a penny drive to help the local economies cover the local governments' costs.
